The A+OSP and McKay Scholarships Program are governed by Sections 1002.38 and 1002.39 of the Florida Statutes.

Florida Department of Education, Choice Office

The Choice Office provides Florida parents with information about charter schools, nonpublic schools, home schooling, the McKay Scholarships Program, the Opportunity Scholarship Program, and the new corporate tax credit scholarship program. The Choice Office also assists Florida districts in creating their own choice plans for more open access to public school choice.
