Study Finds Lower Level of Segregation in the MPCP
August 2006

An August 2006 study by Dr. Greg Forster, Senior Fellow at the Milton and Rose D. Friedman Foundation
finds that schools participating in the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program have lower levels of segregation than the Milwaukee Public Schools.

These findings echo a 2000 report put out by Marquette University’s Institute for the Transformation of Learning.
